Your client receives the same careful care as every patient. Dr. Patel takes a full history, performs a detailed exam, and orders imaging or EMG and nerve conduction studies when they are needed.

Dr. Patel is board-certified in both Pain Medicine and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, with fellowship training in Interventional Pain Medicine. That lets him evaluate injuries to the spine, nerves, muscles and joints, perform procedures, and plan rehabilitation in one office.

Treatment starts with conservative care and adds minimally invasive procedures when appropriate. The practice does not rely on opioids. Our records reflect what Dr. Patel finds and does, written plainly. We do not promise any result for a patient or a case.

How quickly can my client be seen?
We schedule new injury patients promptly. Call the office and staff will offer the first available appointment.
Do you provide narrative reports?
Yes, on request, once we have the patient’s written authorization. Call the office to ask about the process.
How do I request records?
Send a request with a signed patient authorization by fax to (732) 906-3675, or call (732) 343-6543 with questions. We release records in line with privacy law.
Do you handle New Jersey PIP claims?
Our office helps verify auto insurance coverage, including personal injury protection, and bills the appropriate carrier. Coverage depends on each patient’s policy.
Do you treat slip and fall injuries too?
Yes. Dr. Patel evaluates and treats injuries from falls as well as car accidents, including back, neck, tailbone and joint injuries.
